As Vice President of Human Resources at NexusTek, Suzanne is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all human resources programs and initiatives. Suzanne has 35 years of human resources experience with the last 18 years in a senior leadership role. Suzanne’s specific focus includes employee relations, training and development, employment law and regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and workforce planning, performance management, HR technology, as well as the organization’s policy development.
Prior to joining NexusTek, Suzanne was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cal Net Technology Group where her knowledge and experience in delivering proactive HR measures helped the organization reduce expenses and mitigate legislative compliance risk.

Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Pepperdine University. She is also an active member and a certified professional with SHRM.
