Victor Lopez

Victor Lopez is the Co‑Founder and CEO of FlexPoint, an accounts receivable and payments automation platform purpose‑built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other small businesses. He began his career as an attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP, focusing on complex financial transactions, before moving into the investment world as a Principal at Owl Rock Capital (now part of Blue Owl Capital), where he spent years working directly with small and mid‑sized businesses and seeing firsthand how cashflow challenges cripple otherwise healthy companies. Drawing on that experience, Victor founded FlexPoint in 2022 to build financial products for overlooked and underserved SMB segments, starting with MSPs, and to solve the persistent gap between predictable recurring revenue on paper and unpredictable cash in the bank. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a JD from Cornell Law School, and he frequently speaks and writes about cashflow, access to capital, and the role of modern payment infrastructure in service businesses.
