Ray Cline

Ray Cline is a technology leader, community builder, and MSP owner with more than 25 years of experience ranging from help desk to CIO and CTO roles. He is the President and Co‑Founder of Tech Knowledge Worldwide (TKW), a community of MSPs and technology professionals built on “community over competition,” and the driving force behind TEKSGiving, an annual initiative that has donated roughly $1 million in products and services to nonprofits through full-stack upgrades in networking, Wi‑Fi, access control, cameras, and structured cabling.

Ray also runs Libertas Consulting, LLC, a Philadelphia-area MSP and consulting firm focused on helping organizations understand and optimize their technology spend. By auditing SaaS, telecom, and infrastructure costs, he uncovers wasted spend, redirects budget into smarter solutions, and positions himself as a long-term strategic partner rather than just another vendor.
