She’s held nearly every major MSP operational role, including dispatch, engineer, project management, vCIO, and COO, which gives her an end-to-end view of how service providers really run day to day. At Rev.io, she functions as a direct bridge between MSP operators and product/leadership, helping guide roadmap decisions so the tools actually align with real-world MSP operations, growth, and scaling challenges. She’s a global channel educator and community leader, regularly speaking on MSP growth, leadership, operational excellence, and advancing women in technology across councils and advisory boards.
